The SE Woodstock Rancher is a clean and spacious home with generous bedrooms, a full kitchen and a large (fenced) wrap-around yard to enjoy during your stay. The covered patio offers a great space for soaking in the outdoors. Located one block from Woodstock Park and a few blocks from dining and shopping on Woodstock Blvd. Also a short distance from Reed College and many shops and restaurants in the Foster/Powell neighborhood. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place to relax or work...this is it.
The space
Open Living room and Dining room space with seating for 6+. Bluetooth connected hifi (vintage) stereo system and 50" sony HDTV (with apple tv device) for your entertainment. Sizable front lawn is home to a 110 year old apple tree, Fenced backyard offers great privacy and plenty of space to play or work outdoors. Covered patio with recessed lighting is perfect for outdoor dining, crafting art or doing whatever your heart desires. Large bedrooms with plenty of closet/dresser space to spread out. Laundry room downstairs +storage area for larger items.
Guest access
There is parking for two cars in the driveway and street parking directly in front of the house. Bus Stop (#10 bus) is one block south of the home. Woodstock park is also one block south: Tennis courts, Basketball courts, Dog park, baseball diamond, etc....it's a true Portland gem. Woodstock shopping area is just a few block further to the south: New Seasons, Grand Central Bakery, Safeway, True Value Hardware, Cloud City Ice Cream, El Gallo Taqueria, and many more. Keeper Coffee is delicious and is a 10 minute walk West.....Also from the house, to the northeast 15-20 min walk is Foster/Powell, a bright and bustling Portland neighborhood thriving with new food and retail.
