Positive: We were extremely happy with the facilities and the atmosphere. We will definitely be staying in the future. The exercise facility was great. And the walk back to the rental from there was filled with nice people.
Negative: The only thing was the pollen all over the deck and the seating outside. But there was nothing you could do about that because the pollen was extremely bad!!!
Summary: Our family was very happy with our time spent in the Sea Colony community.
