Welcome to your coastal cottage paradise nestled in a quiet, gated wooded community which is minutes from the beach. This cottage has easy access to numerous restaurants by foot and also the Shoreline trolleys that take you to all the Southern Maine beaches and coastal towns. It is the perfect couple's getaway and also a great place for families. We are next door to Funland where you can have a blast mini golfing, hanging out at the arcade on a rainy day, or racing around the track on the go-karts. The summer activities are endless! Once you walk through the door you will feel that you are in vacation mode. Grab the beach chairs, and umbrella (Can be rented at Ogunquit Beach 'n' Sport) to spend the day at the beach or take a leisurely bike ride through our wooded community or head on over to the Clubhouse, chill out by the indoor/outdoor pools and order a drink from the bar. Also, enjoy the many other activities readily available. They include Tennis, Basketball, Bocce Ball, Fitness Center, and a putting green. Additional Cottage amenities include HDTVs in the one bedroom and the main living room area, wireless internet, cable tv, and landline. There is also a full grill with propane tank available. This also has central air and ceiling fans in all rooms. Please note that there are beds for four people. Outside dining includes a table and four chairs plus a bistro table that seats two. This unit is located just steps from the Clubhouse and a brief walk to the family pool. Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a pillow-top mattress. The room is spacious with two windows, a full dresser and mirror, a 20-inch TV with cable, alarm clock, and a large closet and nightstand. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a large closet, an alarm clock and all-white furniture. The living room is bright with a sofa and a small leather chair with a glass coffee table that is expandable. Includes high-speed WIFI, cable television with 42 inches television and DVD player. Sunroom includes a white table with 4 chairs, a lazy-boy 2-seater and small white storage unit. Open kitchen with 2 stools with lots of space. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all you need. Yard has a new propane grill, a large patio table with umbrella and 4 chairs plus a bistro table with 2 chairs. Location is ideal since we are around the corner from the clubhouse and a quick stroll to the family pool. **NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS***Pools and Hot tub will be available as of memorial weekend. Clubhouse amenities including gym, library, games (courts), shuffleboard, and Sandbar will be available starting May 1st (Sandbar is weekends only). Sandbar schedule is subject to change. Ask the front desk for the current schedule when booking. *During peak season (June 18th - August 20th) cottage rentals require a 7-night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2-night minimum to book. Disclaimer: Please note that all 3 season cottages and 4 season cottages have a sunroom that is not heated. During the colder months of September-May, it may be chilly in the sunroom/t.v. room, we want to advise you of this as we do not provide extra heating. All 4 season cottages will only be 4-person in the winter months.
