3 Bedroom Cottage in Brigantine
One of Brigantine's beloved original (1942) single family beach block cottages lovingly maintained and steps to the sand. The 1176 square foot cottage is only 5 houses from beach access and a 3 minute walk from front door to beach chair. The cottage includes a 3 car private driveway. The 6' privacy fence encloses the back yard which is complete with tiki bar, private enclosed hot & cold shower, a second outdoor shower by the back door, yard games, grill, beach equipment, large owners shed, clothesline, and detached laundry room with washer/dryer.
The main floor consists of a kitchen, living room, small dining area, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. The second floor is an extra large bedroom with it's own half bath.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATIONS:
Bed 1: (First Floor) 2 Twins. (Can be converted to 1King). Approximate room size 8.5' x 10'.
Bed 2: (First Floor) 1 Queen. Approximate room size 11.5' x 10'.
