Welcome to the mountain-top farmhouse of your dreams! This recently built beauty is move-in ready and waiting for you and your loved ones! Outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted by the home's prime location on a private 5+ acre lot with one pond, two streams, and an old logging trail. You'll be just two miles from Point Lookout Vineyards and less than nine miles from Stone Ashe Vineyards, great for an outing with friends, and Black Bear Snow Tubing is just two miles away, so you'll always have something fun to do during your stay.
The large front and side porches invite you to just sit and soak in the surroundings. Upon entry, you see right away the openness with cathedral ceilings, a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, and a gorgeous kitchen. You can't help but notice all the natural light from the windows all around that add to the open feeling. The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, bar top seating, and a pantry that just adds to the quality of this construction. The adjoining dining table is perfect for family meals. Once mealtime is over, retreat to the living room to kick back and relax while streaming your favorite series on the smart TV. The spacious laundry room is right off the dining area and back porch. The main bedroom is right off the living room with a primary bath and a walk-in closet. Two guest rooms are upstairs along with another full bathroom. There is an additional half-bath downstairs.
