Welcome to Cross Creek, a stunning Harbert property with main home, guest house, and large, private, in-ground pool. We just added this house to our roster in late 2023 and this one has it all! From the moment you pull into the driveway you will be impressed with this property. The lot itself is wooded and private, with mature trees and a lovely creek running between the main house and the guest house.
Cross Creek Pool House provides the best of both worlds! In addition to the large in ground pool, a private association beach is reached via a short walk down a lovely tree-lined private road. A beach wagon and Tommy Bahama beach chairs are provided and the large sandy shore includes racks for beach chairs and toys during your stay. Please make sure they get back to the house of course.
The main home features a large, wrap-around porch that connects to a screen porch. When you enter the house you’ll find a large living room with cozy furnishings and classic details. Off the living room is a stunning dining area that leads to a custom chef’s kitchen.The main house kitchen features a 6 burner Wolf gas range, built-in french-door fridge, coffee station, cookware, serveware, and more.
Just down the hall from the kitchen is the Master suite with King bed and private, full bathroom. Next door to the master is an entertainment room with a large sectional and 75” flat-screen TV.
Head upstairs for 2 more bedrooms: One with four twin beds (3 shown and a trundle) and another bedroom with a Queen bed and work space. The upstairs also features a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and penny tile floors. Not shown in pictures, a yoga and workout room for guest use.
Stroll across the yard to the guest home, which overlooks the fully-fenced and private inground pool area. The guest house has the vibe of a classic Harbor County cottage with vintage charm and a huge screen porch with a large TV and plenty of room for the whole gang to gather!
Next to the deck is a gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs for family and friends to gather and enjoy the towering trees and fireflies that define Michigan evenings.
The guest house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a claw-foot tub and cozy fireplace. The first bedroom features a twin bed and lots of natural light, the second bedroom has a Queen with wool blankets, and the third bedroom serves as a master for the guest home with a Queen bed, a twin and an ensuite bathroom.
