Unwind at this stunning North Georgia mountain cottage! The house was recently remodeled and features an enormous, custom kitchen with fabulous windows allowing natural light to come in from the wooded surroundings. The property is on 6 acres and features 300' of Etowah River frontage and fishing pond steps away from the house. This beauty is secluded but still only minutes from downtown Dahlonega with shopping and restaurants, Amicalola Falls, all the wineries and a new brewery our neighbor friends just opened! Home is open concept featuring kitchen with island seating and family room with sofa and loveseat. The master bedroom (king bed) and bath are on the main floor equipped with an enormous walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. There is also a half bath on main floor. Upstairs is a bedroom with queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom. Laundry is in basement. Front porch has seating and back deck has table and chairs for outside dining. Outdoor fire pit area to relax!
