This four bedroom home is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, Semaphore beach house is perfect for families of all ages. This stylish house is ideally located 200m from the surf beach, 900m from the calmer Jimmy's beach of Port Stephens and easy walking distances to the shops cafes and Surf Lifesaving Club. This beach house is perfect for families and for people who appreciate the tranquility of this neighbourhood. The main bedroom has an ensuite and a queen size bed, the other 2 bedrooms are located next to the main bathroom which has a shower, bath and toilet. The kids can enjoy the large loft upstairs with 3 king size single beds and a double bed to choose from.
The large windows in most rooms and attractive décor gives the house a warm and welcoming feeling.
The fully fenced backyard provides peace of mind, you may even spot the wild Koala that regularly walks along the fence!
