Stay comfortably in Vail at this 3-bedroom 3.5 bath house. Master bedroom has a king bed, steam shower, private door to the hot tub and a walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen bed, private full bath, and also has access to the hot tub. Third bedroom works as a bedroom for adults with a queen bed, private bath and closet, or as a bunk room with (in addition to the queen bed) two twin bunks with an optional trundle bed for a third person to sleep in. The upstairs living space features two gas fireplaces, a half bath, a wet bar with a wine fridge, big TV, and comfortable seating. The open design kitchen features new, high end appliances with all the necessities. The adjacent dining room has an intimate dining for 4, that can easily be expanded to 8. There is an additional fold out couch in the living room should someone need to stay over. The wrap around deck features a gas grill, and overlooks the hillside as well as the hot tub. There is a heated two car garage, as well. The house has all the standard features of a smart TV in every room, laundry, a fully outfitted kitchen and bar (bring your own food and booze- all the dishes, glasses, pots, pans etc. are supplied) high speed wifi and comfortable lounge spaces. .
