Take off the blues at Serene Azul Retreat. A beautifully, well organized 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home situated 5 minutes from Hartsfield Atlanta Airport, 15 minutes from downtown Atlanta, 2 minutes away from shopping, dining, and entertainment near Camp Creek Marketplace and others. It hosts extra large bedrooms, modern bathrooms, large backyard area with full sized deck, large Gazebo and firepit for outdoor relaxation, and a large pool perfect for entertaining adults and children of all ages.

Guests have access to entire home except all closets, garage, pantry closet in the kitchen.

No parties allowed!
No weapons allowed on our property what so ever!
Early check-in is an additional $100 fee between 8am-11am, and $50 fee between 11am-2pm. (We can only provide early check-in if the house is not booked the day before.)
Late checkout: Regular checkout is 11am. Late checkout is permitted only if there is no one checking in that same day. The fee for late checkout is $100 after 11:30am and the daily rate after 3pm.
Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the property. If you must smoke, please do so outdoors. There will be a $250 smoking charge for smoking indoors.
No unauthorized guests in the house (guests must be included on the booking)
Visitors cannot sleep overnight unless the guests adds them as additional occupants.
Locals are not allowed to do instant bookings.
No pets allowed! If we find out there’s a pet in the home there will be a $300 pet fee that will be non-refundable.
No access to owners closets.
Please do not remove makeup with bath towels.
Extra linens and towels will be provided upon request.
There will be a $20 replacement fee for damaged towels.
Please make sure all doors are locked when coming and going.
All trash should be put outside in the trash receptacles and not left in the home.
Don’t leave food in the refrigerator.
The home must be left in general cleaning condition. Excess cleaning requirements such as spilled food left on floors, pet smells, smoking smells, stains of furniture, walls, rugs, excess trash will be charged and additional $200.
If the property is left is in A condition requiring a commercial cleaning company, the bill will be charged to the guest.
