The apartment offers the following amenities:
- A beautiful living room with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 4 people. The room opens to the terrace facing West, so you can enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset.
- A separate kitchen with everything you will need to cook great meals, or just to make great coffee in the must-have Malongo coffee machine, or make tea and toasts with the kettle and the toaster. And, if you just get take-out food, there are silverware, dishware, glassware... and every ware everywhere.
- A bedroom with a comfy queen size bed and a large closet/dressing.
- A bathroom with shower and some very nice upscale tile work.
- Separate toilets, but they don't mind being on their own (and you probably won't mind either).

1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (sorry, the “adjust-to-person-size” option was not available).
A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

After just a few short steps down your street, the Boulevard Eugène Tripet, you will be able to enjoy the following activities located within only a few minutes on foot (or more if you decide to walk on your hands):
Empty your bank account in the many upscale boutiques on the Rue d’Antibes.
Stroll along the famous Croisette and if you want, either go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote control boats.
Sip a cocktail at the Carlton like a movie star, and maybe see one.
Go take selfies like the movie stars, again (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or go to work if you are here for a trade show). (20 minutes away on foot.)
Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets (time is up to you and your legs).

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

Good To Know:
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
