Positive: This cabin is SO unbelievably welcoming and the perfect fit for our family! The bedroom upstairs was perfect for our kiddos(teenagers) and there was plenty of room for us to spend time together playing board games and watching movies!
Negative: 1- When we arrived, I contacted the property for instructions to enter the home and they asked why my phone number came up as an out of the country number(it is definitely not). 2- They asked if I just had two people because that is what it was booked for(it was definitely booked for four people) so I was told to make sure and double check that next time (not only did I check it before I confirmed, I also checked the confirmation email that I received and then also checked during the phone call and every time it listed four people) 3- I received a phone call the third night telling me that we were seen on camera carrying firewood (we definitely were not carrying firewood because the property does not have a fire pit and has an electric fireplace inside) and I was also told that six people were seen on camera staying at the property (definitely was also not the case). I assume that the camera they were referring to is the Ring doorbell camera which makes it incredibly awkward that they were A- watching us and B- apparently not paying close enough attention because they saw nothing they claimed.
