Built over three levels it includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room to seat 8 and lounge room with pool table and fireplace.
Architecturally designed to sit comfortably in its environment, it relies on a wood fire for heating and cross breezes for cooling.
A large deck perched among the gums offers water views and access to a beach track.
