Summary: I was unaware that I was not booking with an individual. I was not given information as to how to get a key for our place. It wasn't until we got there and I found a registration office that I understood my booking. This was disconcerting as I've never had anything like this happen with other online booking sites. This should be communicated clearly when booking.
