Operating instructions are included in the home, but it does require a window or two to be cracked open to allow for circulation. This cooling effect will achieve similar home temperatures as other forms of cooling; however, the air may feel more humid and be louder (due to the fan) than refrigerated air units.

Bedrooms include new mattresses, high thread count bedding, down-alternative comforters, fluffy pillows, and extra blankets. The bathrooms have towels, washcloths, plus toiletries to get you started, including toilet paper, facial tissue, bar and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.
