A spacious house on over 2 acres private lot - just for your enjoyment!
This is our private vacation house, and we love it and care for it. While we are away, we invite you to come and enjoy
all it can offer. The house is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation (including a lot of surprises to keep the kids entertained for hours), and also so close to all the attractions -
5 min to Queechy Lake, 15 min to Jiminy Peak, 10 min to Hancock Shaker Village, Tanglewood, and so much more! The area is filled with hiking trails and great restaurants — an amazing base for hiking, skiing, boating, and exploring the Berkshires.
A/C: There is a portable A/C in the living room and an A/C in the main bedroom. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

The kitchen
You'll find everything you need in the kitchen to cook a great meal - from pots and pans to measuring cups. There is a brand new gas oven and stove with five burners, a large microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, three types of coffee machines, and much more.
You will also find a breakfast table with a great yard view.
The living room
You can relax while watching the 65-inch Roku TV from the super comfortable power recliner sofas. On cold evenings, you have the fireplace to add to the mood.
Closed porch
On the closed porch, you will find a professional ping-pong table you can enjoy all year.
Playroom
The downstairs playroom has two futon sofas, board games, and a cinema projector to enjoy a great family game\movie night. There is also a machine with 660 arcade games!
Office
You will also find an office on the lower level - a separate room with a large desk, an ergonomic chair, and a 27'' monitor. Wifi is excellent so that you can combine some work during your vacation.
The yard
The house sits over a 2-acre private lot; half is a private forest, and half is a huge lawn with a playset and 15-foot trampoline.
Main bedroom
The adjustable split-king bed is perfect for watching your favorite show on the 50-inch smart TV. The room also has lovely windows to the private forest, an A/C, a ceiling fan, and an in-suite small shower and toilet.
Queen room
An adorable room with a queen bed and a large window to the forest.
Kids room
The two bunk beds will be perfect for your kids to enjoy.
Guest access
The whole property will be available only for the guests, except for the utility rooms in the basement, the garage, and some locked closets in the hallway.
