This classic A-Frame built in 2011 with modern finishes throughout is a fantastic spot for family and friends and easy access to all Jay has to offer in summer and winter! This 2,500-square-foot home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need and boasts an unbeatable location only one and a half miles from Jay Peak Resort. The charming town of Jay is within five miles. Outdoor enthusiasts will be happy to know that they can cross-country ski, snowshoe, and hike right out the front door. Catamount ski trails are just a short drive away as well. VAST trails are located up the road. Recreational amenities at the vacation home include a water park.
This fantastic home away from home has a large two-car garage with an attached mudroom and plenty of storage for all of your winter and summer equipment, so don't hesitate to bring those along! Upon entering, you will discover an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with cathedral ceilings and many floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for natural light and views of the valley. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the beautiful, well-appointed kitchen with custom cabinets, a large island, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. In the spacious dining room, you can find a large farmhouse dining table that will seat 10 or more. The living room provides you with a great spot to unwind with a large sectional couch and a TV with a DVD player. You can also spread out in the large finished basement
The main floor has two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom with double sink vanity and a large tiled shower with a tub. The upstairs main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a large soaking tub. Additional perks include board games, books, and a gas grill.
