Summary: First off, the house itself is amazing! However, I rented the place hoping we could have family meals bc the advertising shows a big table and I love to cook. So upon the first day there, I found a screw on the floor which I stepped on barefooted! Thank the Lord it didn’t go thru my foot! The chairs looked like they came from Temu and it broke upon me sitting it in. I’m okay though it hurt my back, but my concern is for an elderly person! They wouldn’t get up and there could be a lawsuit! Very cheap chairs! No one would sit in them after they watched me bust it! Then, I go to wash clothes and it’s a dryer and washer in one and the dryer ran all night and never dried. Couldn’t wash clothes at all. I feel bad bc I’m not really one to complain, but I saved for this trip and it was my daughter’s graduation present and mine and my husband’s 25th anniversary. So this was very special and meaningful to me. Plus, we don’t just get to take vacations. For this amount of money, I wanted everything to be exceptional! We all had a fantastic time, except for my mom. She fell trying to get in the bed. In two of the bedrooms, the beds are high so she struggled a bit. She’s fine other than some bruising. I would really like to give this place a 5, so in hopes they fix the chair situation and the washer/dryer and put a stool to the beds, it would be perfect as the location is phenomenal! And I love that it’s pet friendly!
