There is sufficient cooking utensils and tableware for a gathering of six.
>The dining table sits upto 6, and extendable table, complimented by an additional large comfy corner settee to relax in front of a TV with access to your Netflix and Amazon accounts with the free Wi-Fi broadband internet the property has.
>There is a separate cosy living room that seats upto 4 and an attractive electric fire.
>The ground floor also boasts a modern, stylish wet room with walk in shower, toilet and wash basin.
>There are three good sized bedrooms on the first floor, and a family bathroom with a full sized corner bath and separate shower.

Bedroom Two has 2 single beds that can be pushed together should you desire.
