Summary: Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend We rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was far below expectations. The hotel lacks even the most basic standards of cleanliness and service: • No daily cleaning service – Our room was not cleaned at all during the 5 nights stay !!! • Towels only changed on request – Not once were fresh towels provided proactively. • Trash bins left full – Housekeeping didn’t empty the bins daily, which quickly became unpleasant. • Public areas smell awful – There’s a persistent, foul odor in the hallways and lobby that makes walking through them uncomfortable. • Single elevator is smelly and poorly maintained – Using it was an unpleasant experience every time. • Unhelpful staff – The front desk and service staff were indifferent and unresponsive to concerns. Overall, this hotel needs serious improvements in hygiene, maintenance, and customer service. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
