The Space:
When booking at The Swepson Bungalow, you get 15 private bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, five kitchens, six living spaces, and a massive outdoor patio.
As well as a 16-person table for all your conferences to be held at, HDMI plugs to present to your group, and plenty of space to wind down after a long work day.
Let us know if you need two additional beds. We have two twin roll-away beds we would love to put out for you!
Located on the edge of Germantown, the Swepson Bungalow is close to anything you need! Restaurant Row, the Highlands, Downtown, UofL Campus, Old Louisville, and NULU. It’s the perfect distance to bars, breweries and distilleries, restaurants, and Logan Street Market. The Swepson Bungalow will give you everything you could ever need!
Guest Access:
Access is by a locked gate with a gate code and door code for access to the unit.
This unit takes the whole property, you will be here with just your group with no interruptions. There are interior staircases that connect the first and second floor and an exterior staircase to get to the third floor.

There is plenty of fun to be had right in our own neighborhood! With walkable places like Toasty's Tavern for a yummy bite to eat, The Breeze for a coffee and pastry in the morning or a delicious glass of wine once the sun goes down, or we have Atrium Brewery if you're more of a craft beer lover. In the mood for some pizza? Square Cut Pizza is just right down the block, order ahead and it'll be nice and ready for you when you get into town. After your bite to eat you can head on over to Trouble Bar where hopefully all of our guests stay out of their own trouble ;)
This doesn't even begin to cover Logan Street Market, just 3 blocks away you can find something for anyone! Equipped with almost every type of food from Foko (Mexican), Cold Smoked Bagels, La Masion De Crepes, Billy Chili, Batter Bakery, Ziba's Bistro, Fresh Out The Box, and Daisuki Sushi. It covers quite the spread! These dont even include the fresh groceries you can purchase and small trinkets for the loved ones that couldn't make it on the trip. Don't forget about your speciality drinks either, need a pep in your step? Safai coffee is one of the best in town and Wild Hops Brewery can cover all your other needs.
