This home sleeps up to 18 people + is perfect for groups, wedding parties or team retreats. Short walk across the street for direct lake access and a private dock to enjoy endless lake fun. Dock is only shared with our one other rental property. There’s even a spot to bring your own boat + jet ski. You’ll love the sunset views, floating on your raft, fishing, paddling boarding, large living room and kitchen for entertaining and hanging out, pool table + dart board.
OUTDOOR
There is enough parking for your entire group in the private driveway. You have a private acre lot surrounding the home and a lawn perfect for yard games. You will enjoy a large deck off the kitchen. The deck includes a propane grill and propane fire pit for grilling and relaxing while enjoying the lake views. The entire deck and yard is private for you and your guests. You can also walk directly across the street to the waterfront restaurant/bar and enjoy food and drinks by the water.
THE LAKE
Dock and lake access only shared with our one other rental property. Reach out for boat rentals or to have someone charter a boat for you! There are 3 paddle boards, one Lily pad and multiple tubes down by the dock to be shared with the one other rental for the 2024 season.
The home is surrounded by marinas to rent a boat from as well! Inquire if you have any questions.
THE HOUSE
When you walk in you will get an instant feeling that you’re on vacation with the custom mural that gives Tulum vibes. As you enter the upstairs you will be pleasantly surprised by the panoramic lake views of Candlewood Lake, a newly updated kitchen with quartz countertops, a large island, new appliances, live edge dining table, large sleeper sofa, electric fireplace that changes colors, 80 inch smart TV and the strongest wifi available to support your devices. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The downstairs has another large gathering area with 3 walls of custom murals, a pool table, dart board and board games, another 80 inch smart TV, a separate full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and wrap around bar/hang out area by the pool table.
The house includes 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 (master) - 1 king, ensuite bathroom with rain shower.
Bedroom 2 - 2 queen beds
Bedroom 3 - 2 full beds
Bedroom 4 - Bunk bed with trundle. Includes 1 full and 2 twins. 1 pack and play
Bedroom 5- 1 king
Sleep sofa is on the upstairs living room

Downstairs bathroom off of the hallway with rain shower and tub.
We have blackout curtains in every room to ensure your peaceful sleep. All rooms are completely renovated, have brand new furniture and mattresses, a closet, mirror, hooks for your towels. The home also includes a washer & dryer in the basement.
The home is stocked with everything you’ll need during your stay; dishes, cookware, glasses, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, shower essentials, cleaning products, laundry and dish soap, toilet paper etc.

The home is directly across from Candlewood Lake, the largest lake in Connecticut and is directly across from a waterfront restaurant/bar (opened May-September). There are many restaurants to eat at nearby and shopping too.
The house is less than a mile away from the wedding venue, The Candlewood Inn. This house is a perfect location for the groomsmen or bridal party to get ready at or have the option for family/ friends to stay all together.
