parking space for 5 cars with overflow parking. 1 kitchen fully equipped with a stove,
refrigerator and dishwasher. Dining area and breakfast bar.
Guest Access:
We send the check-in instructions at approximately 10 AM Eastern on the day of check-in. A door code will be included in the instruction which will be inoperable until the standard check-in time of 3:30 PM Eastern. The door code becomes invalid at 10 AM Eastern on the day of check-out. Please let us know right away if you are wanting to check-in in early or checking out late.

Greer Road is a quiet street that you wouldn't realize is just minutes from interstate I-75 exit 110.
Getting Around:
This property is close enough to town for all delivery services to cover including Uber and Lyft. Knoxville is known for our outdoor activities including hiking, water related recreating, has some awesome bikes parks, disk golf, dog parks, and many other outdoor areas. Downtown is fun too!

The normal sleeping capacity is 6 but we allow up to a maximum of 8 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 7th and 8th guests.
Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night.
Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Eastern. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Eastern will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate.
Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Eastern. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Late check out policy: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM Eastern; 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM Eastern3
