A small home 550 sq. ft not a tiny house, which is jogging distance to A&T, UNCG, Greensboro College, and downtown Greensboro. The home is located adjacent to Country Park, a 5-minute walk to the Natural Science Center, and 5 minutes to Guilford Military Park. Lake Brandt is less than a mile and is absolutely beautiful. You can rent boats or just hang out and have something to eat and enjoy nature. For nature lovers, the Piedmont trail is at the lake and you can walk or camp and enjoy peace, wildlife, and the woods.
The home has hardwood floors throughout, full-size laundry, 43" Tv in the master, 50" in living room wall. Second B/R have twins with a bonus sink. Smaller appliances so a large gathering would not work well here. Blackout curtains are added to b/r's, microwave, relaxing slider rocker, a private location with woods to one side and the back. A fence separates the home from the neighbor on the side. This home is really cute and I enjoy sharing it with others.
