Summary: The hotel was lovely with friendly helpful staff. Lots of facilities to use and good location. The let down was room cleanliness. We arrived to a not so clean bathroom but then for the two days the bathroom was not cleaned at all , carpet dirty, and dirty cups left the whole two days with our opened glass water bottle. . For such a high end hotel the room cleaners are letting it down, not what we would’ve expected. We found a cleaner in our room of a night when we returned but not sure what she was doing in there as the room was not touched and still dirty cups etc.. Concerning. Hopefully this gets addressed as the hotel is wonderful ! Our friends stayed aswell and had the same poor cleaning experience.
