Positive: Nice place, quiet neighborhood.
Negative: We had a whole dinner planned for the grill. Fired it up, put the steaks on and some veggies to grill and when I came back 10 minutes later, the grill was off. OUT OF PROPANE! Dinner is half cooked. Too late to call someone and there was no spare tank that I could find. This was a big miss and caused us to have to go out for dinner and toss the half cooked food. I'm very disappointed because the remainder of our stay in Moab was amazing. Please keep a spare tank on the property or make sure the tank is full!
