The exterior of this magnificent villa invites you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, enjoying the spectacular views of the west coast of the island. The private, designer swimming pool is chlorinated and has a size of 10m x 4.5m and a constant depth of 1.7m. You can relax on the sun loungers on the large terrace and the two verandas, as well as have a drink with your companions or relax and watch the sunset. Please note that there are neighbors nearby, so privacy is partial.
Distributed over three floors and with a private lift, the modern interior of the property is designed to offer you the relaxation you deserve. A living room with refined finishes on the main floor features a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining area and induction hob. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The number of bedrooms in the villa is four, all with AC. On the same floor, there are three of them; two with two single beds each and the third with a double bed and spectacular sea views. There is also a separate bathroom with a bathtub.
