Welcome to this beautiful rustic country house for 4 people, with private pool, on the outskirts of Inca.
The exteriors of this amazing villa get to create an idyllic place for those who love the countryside and the tranquility. Enjoy the simple bird's singing while having a tasty breakfast next to the pool and contemplating the landscape. The private salt pool has a size of 4.80*2.45 m and a depth of 1.2 to 1.6 m. In its surrounding you can sunbathe on the 4 sun loungers and make delicious outdoors barbecues. The privacy is absolute.
The Mallorcan style construction is a two-storey house. You will be welcome in a spacious living-dining room with TV, air conditioning and chimney. Immediately after you gain access to the kitchen, equipped with gas hob, oven and much more. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with wardrobe and A/C, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds and space for a cot/high chair. There are two bathrooms in the house, one downstairs with shower and another upstairs with bathtub. The laundry has washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is located at only 1.7 km from Inca city, where you can find such a great variety of shops, supermarkets and traditional food restaurants. Obviously you cannot miss its market that takes place every Thursday in the center of the village. For those who love hiking, we do recommend you visiting Puig de Santa Magdalena or Monasterio de Lluc. And if you prefer going to the beach, the nearest one is Puerto de Alcúdia, at 27 km.
