Summary: The hotel is under remodel so understandable condition of lobby and breakfast areas. Room was great, clean and comfortable. Staff wise, not so great, check in was fine but the person was eating their Chick-fil-A at the counter and rummaged to move her food to check me in. Then I run to store and leave my teenage daughter in the room to come back and find someone else trying to get in my room. The person at the front desk checked them into my room after it was already reserved.!!! All I got was an oh I'm sorry.
