The Space:

Soak up the Florida sunshine from your private back patio, relax and stretch out in one of the sun lounger chairs as you sip a drink poolside. Enjoy a dip in the sparkling private swimming pool to cool off. After your swim, why not have a BBQ lunch cooked right off your private grill? You can enjoy it on your patio dining area, which has space for four at the outdoor table.
Had enough sun for the day? Let's go inside, you'll love the spacious open concept floor plan. Two massive sectional sofas wraps around the living room to face a 65" smart TV. Plenty of plush comfy seating for everyone! Just behind it is the enormous 12 person capacity dining table. There's additional dining space for 4 more people at the kitchen island bar. And speaking of the kitchen, did we mention there's two full sized fridge/freezer combo units to keep everyone's favourite snacks handy? Plus two large capacity dishwashers to handle the cleanup!
Challenge your crew to some fun in the garage-turned-games room. You'll find a collection of family favorites like foosball, air hockey and table tennis. Don't worry about the lack of a garage though, there is free parking on the driveway. Additional parking is available at the clubhouse if you need it.
There is one master bedroom located downstairs, which has a King sized bed an ensuite bathroom. There is also a Queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds. The remaining bedrooms are all located upstairs, which include two King bedrooms, a Queen bedroom, and 4 rooms that have two twin beds in each. You'll also find a second TV lounge upstairs. This house is perfect for large families, or groups of smaller families, and kids will love the colorful decorations in the children's bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and home is connected to high speed internet service. There's even in home laundry machines for you to use.

The house is located at the Sonoma Luxury Resort, which is next to The Loop, a shopping and entertainment hub. It’s only minutes away from Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, championship golf courses, upscale brand outlets, and malls.
Guests will gain full access to the resort facilities, which features a luxury Clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool with a water-slide and poolside cabanas, a jacuzzi, a fitness facility, a tennis court, basketball and volleyball courts, a children’s play area, and
walking/jogging trails.
Getting Around:
Please feel free to park your cars on the driveway. It’s important to keep the parked cars off of the street. Thank you!

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).
• We're happy to deliver:
→ a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
→ a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
→ a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
• If you have any special requests throughout your stay, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
