This beautifully appointed holiday home with quality furnishings and bed linens, features four large bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2.5 bathrooms, alfresco dining and ocean facing balcony.
Downstairs you will find a queen bedroom plus a double single bedroom, rumpus, laundry and alfresco area.Upstairs the master suite has a king bed and large ensuite, also upstairs is a second double single bedroom.
Further more; Upstairs is a open plan living, dining and kitchen with quality furniture allowing easy entertaining for big family groups .Step out onto the large balcony for views of the ocean.

Beach towels are provided. With our prime location just a short walk from Central Victor Harbor, we hope you’ll relax and enjoy your beach time to the fullest during your stay with us.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available in every room throughout the house, this way you can easily stay connected throughout your holiday. The network name and password will be provided upon check-in.
You are welcome to wash your clothes in the fully furnished laundry room, which is equipped with a washing machine (a dyer is also available). Laundry powder and a laundry tub are also provided at your disposal.
Guests are welcome to park in the garage or on the street in front of where the house is located.
Our house is located in a quiet residential area, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
Please leave your furry friends at home– unfortunately, we cannot allow pets on the premises.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. Please respect these rules.
