3 Bedroom House in La Verkin
We are new to Vrbo, but see review from pervious in photos.
With LaVerkin Creek running through the backyard this home is close to stores, eateries, quick stops and other local shopping and areas of interest. Our back yard has a fun swing in one of the surrounding trees and our observation deck offers views of the creek. A well supplied kitchen, and all the comforts of home! Zion Park is just 20-25 minutes away depending on traffic. Historical Confluence Park is just next door. We offer information on many local sights on our information wall.

Open floor plan has plenty of room for up to 8.
A well supplied kitchen makes meal prep easy. These areas are open to a dining area. With a foosball table and a vintage pinball machine plus a selection of games and books, there's indoor fun too. A washer, dryer, and laundry sink make a longer stay easy. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels give this home a home away from home feel. In the backyard there's a fire pit area for roasting marshmallows and gathering around the fire. Below the observation deck is a swing for more outdoor fun. Plenty of parking on drive and along the front of house. There are only 2 other houses in this area.
Guest access
The whole house is for guest use, garage is not included. There is plenty of parking on drive and to side and front of home that is shaded on and off in the day. Guest are welcome to park right in front of the door on the gravel drive. Our shed in back locks and opens with the key hanging on the coat rack behind the front door to keep bikes and other equipment safe. Door opens with a simple code sent to you about a week before you come. Yard is all yours to enjoy watching the night sky's.
Other things to note
Our property boarder's LaVerkin Creek and the beginning of Confluence Park. Be aware that if you and your party access the creek we are not responsible for any harm or accident that happens there during your stay. This is a NO PETS, NO SMOKING property. Due to allergies we are unable to take even service animals. No fireworks! We are extremely dry in Southern Utah so PLEASE don't bring or use them! Our tree top retreat is a "use responsibly" structure. We are not responsible for horse play or unsafe use that results in injury. We have gone to great lengths to make sure this structure is safe if used as intended.
