La Paz is a southwestern style house that is 2700 sqft and is less than 15 minutes away from the Oldtown Plaza and close to almost everything around Albuquequ\
. The winters and summers in Albuquerque are generally mild. There are two lounge areas that surround the outdoor pool, which are a great place to lay back and relax underneath the stars or the sunny skies. It's also a nice place to grill or to gather around the campfire provided. There is a walking trail that is accessible to anyone nearby the left side of the house. When going to the left at the trail’s entrance and taking the second right, you can find the local park less than a mile away.
The huge kitchen is fully renovated and has beautiful marble tops as well as crimson-colored cabinets. It is well equipped with high end appliances and completely stocked with everything you would need in your home away from home. The breakfast nook seat up to four people and there are 2 dining rooms. Dining room #1 seats 6 people and dining room #2 seats 4 people. Next to the kitchen is a gym/bedroom with single bed, and it includes a treadmill, weights, a yoga ball, and a glider.
There is high-speed Wi-Fi and there are three flat-screen smart TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and game room that includes a large pool table. Next to the game room is the dining room that seats up to six people which also includes a beautiful electric organ that is well-polished. Attached to the dining room is the wet bar. The living room has a sunken room with a comfy sectional that also pulls out into a bed and cozy fireplace. Near the living room and next to the front door is the half-bathroom.
Located upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen-sized comfy bed and a futon, and a walk-in closet. A bathroom is also located within the bedroom and includes a full shower and a wide vanity mirror. The next two bedrooms that are further down the hallway each contain a comfy queen-sized bed. There is a bathroom that has a full shower/tub and every amenity needed located at the end of the hallway. This beautiful southwestern home is perfect to spend time while staying in Albuquerque. Central heating and cooling provide year round comfort and there's also extra portable ac's available in the house for the summer.
