The property's location is highly convenient, with the beach just a 4-minute walk away and the Ala Moana Shopping Center, one of the largest outdoor malls in the country, just a 10-minute walk away. And don't miss the Friday night fireworks display starting at 7:45 pm, viewable from the Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon, just a 4-minute walk.
Building Notice: July 18, 2025
Starting the week of July 28, a licensed contractor will begin spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building. Balcony access for this condo will be restricted from August 1, 2025, to October 16, 2025 (approximate dates). However, after 5 p.m the balcony will be accessible, but no furniture will be allowed as we're required to remove it for painting. There may be noise disturbances. Mahalo for your understanding!
