Positive: The best thing for us is about the comfort for being there... very close to the Cardiff University, the place that my daughter needs to visit almost every day there. On top of that, can visit easily the free entrance Cardiff Museum, City Hall and the park.. within the walking distance, even to the city itself. No problem for us. Heater and other expected amenities were excellent, except the one in the toilet... I like the living room the most where I can relax myself watching movies while able the use the very clean kitchen. The customer service was excellent, the lady on the phone easily answered all the calls and provided information through the calls and email. Getting the key to get access was so easily found in the locked box outside the front building; where the code and instructions were clearly given through emails prior to the entry day.
Negative: 1. the sofas in the living room looked too old and not comfy. Need to change I believe. 2. the cooking pans and pots to use on the induction stove were no where to be found. I need to buy from outside to be able to cook for the family. 3. the front door with the code to enter looked not too sturdy.
Summary: In general, our stay was so satisfying. We enjoyed our holiday and stay in this property.
