The Peach House is a luxury property in Denver where fun and camaraderie come together in stylish digs. Near the mountains and 9 miles to downtown, we are a perfect home base for all your adventures!
Our indoor-outdoor spaces are designed to bring you together, and is plenty of space for 6 people to enjoy their stay!

GREAT DENVER LOCATION
The Peach House is located in the suburb of Wheat Ridge – about 9 miles west of Denver and 25 miles from Boulder. From city lights and boozy brunches to Red Rocks and the mountains, the best of our region is just beyond our door. We are minutes from the I-70, I-76 and Highway 121 junction. And 4 miles from the commuter train (Wheat Ridge - Ward station) which whisks you downtown and beyond.

Close to home, explore the throwback charms of Arvada where you can eat, sip and shop in its historic Olde Town. And right across the street from our home, team up for friendly matches on the pickleball court (we have paddles & balls).

Our backyard is the life of your party – whether you want to soak up the sun or sip cocktails in the hot tub under twinkling stars.
Out here, unwind on the sectional sofa or enjoy a picnic near our peach trees. The dining table, which seats 10 guests, is the place for your Aperol spritzes as the sunset paints the sky. And once night falls, gather around for a family-style dinner beneath the soft glow of string lights. And whatever you do … set aside time for a soak in the wood barrel hot tub with your girls and all those stars.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
Our dining room greets you with natural light and soft, earthy hues. The biggest wooden table you’ve ever seen (quite possibly!) commands the center of this space, with 12 chairs in a mid-century modern style. Your tribe will spend a loooot of time here, from morning coffee to beautiful meals that linger for hours.
Steps away, our kitchen offers more ways for you to connect. An L-shaped island has six counter stools with peach-colored seats, of course! Lots of white cabinets have all the cookware and dishware you’ll need to make and eat meals together (we have 12 place settings). You’ll also find upscale appliances including a smart fridge, deep basin sink, and baby blue toaster and coffee pot. Plus artful accessories that add warmth and style: A stoneware vase, peach wine glasses and mid-century globe sconces.
We’re also happy to provide cooking spices, olive oil, and a coffee & tea bar (a Keurig, K-Cup pods, coffee pot, coffee grinds, tea bags and kettle included) during your stay.
LIVING ROOM
Upon walking through the kitchen, you’ll come upon our living room which is cozy at every turn. Hang out on the orange velvet sectional sofa – among textured pillows, woven wall art and a tasseled rug. Or make like a kid in the rattan hanging chairs that dangle in front of a “Life is Short - Make It Sweet” sign. Grab a cocktail from the bar cart and get lost in great conversation with your pals. There’s also a 65” smart TV in here, in case you need it.

Our five bedrooms feel like home, from wooden beds with luxury mattresses to artwork, patterned rugs and nightstands with lamps. Windows in each room let in natural light, while neutral color palettes have pops of peach and orange. You’ll also find toss pillows, throws, macramé hangings, mirrors and globe wall sconces.

The fireplace in our dining room is not available for use – thank you in advance for your understanding.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours for the backyard are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Thank you for keeping noise down during this time, as it ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors. If we do receive any noise complaints during quiet hours, a $1,000 fee will be applied to your reservation.
SMOKING
To keep The Peach House fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted anywhere on our premises. If smoke is detected, a $500 fee will be applied to your reservation.

This is access to the top level of our property! The downstairs door will be closed off, and no one will be staying down there. You will have access to the upper 3 bedrooms (3 Kings), Kitchen, Living room, Dining room and outdoor space!
