THE SPACE
Enjoy expansive views of the San Jacinto Mountains from this 4BR/5BA Modern resort-like gem in El Mirador. Villa Moderna de Palmeras has been completely renovated inside and out.
Outdoors you’ll find a brand-new: pool, spa, fire pit, solar panels, large cabana, kitchen, outdoor shower, and decking. Inside the updates are too numerous to mention.
Relax outdoors in the private, hedged and gated yard. It's like being at your own resort, complete with outdoor dining and sitting areas, swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, cabana, fire pit, and more.
OPEN LIVING ROOM
Hang out on the comfy, modern furniture, or have a chat over coffee at the card table. The 75" Smart TV works with Chromecast and Apple TV. You can even use bluetooth to stream music from your phone through the sounder and subwoofer. The doors slide open so you can live seamlessly between inside and out while gazing at the pool and mountains.
GREAT, FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Make a great dinner or just hit the Nespresso machine in the large, fully-equipped kitchen area. Making soup? There's an immersion blender. Want to take the risk out of cooking those steaks? Use the sous vide to cook them perfectly before putting them on the grill in the outdoor kitchen. There's lots of counter space, just about any pot or pan you might need, and it's open to the living and dining area so you can be part of the action while cooking. The long counter with 4 chairs is a great way to serve simple meals, like breakfast.

The spacious dining area seats 8 and offers sliding doors for a wonderful indoor/outdoor experience.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
Villa Moderna Palmera has 4 bedrooms. 3 have king beds and an en-suite bathroom. 1 has a queen bed and is next to the bathroom. All the beds have great mattresses and high thread-count sheets. The house has 5 bathrooms, including one outside for easy access when hanging by the pool, spa, fire pit, or dining outside. You'll find shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all of the bathrooms. Per the City ordinance, each bedroom sleeps 2, for a maximum occupancy of 8.
The large primary bedroom has a sliding door leading to a private deck area with an outdoor shower and views of the mountains. It also has a TV, large closet, and walk-in shower in the en-suite bath.
The Blue bedroom has a sliding door leading to a private patio, a king sized bed with comfortable memory-foam mattress, modern furniture, and an en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.
The Silver bedroom has a king sized bed, modern furniture, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and a window overlooking the beautiful pool and yard. It also has a TV and ample closet space. It also has an adjustable standing/sitting desk if you want to get a little work done.
OUTDOOR AREAS
The entire house and yard - front and back - was completely redone and completed in 2022. Enjoy your morning coffee in cabana seating area in the overlooking the pool and mountains in complete privacy.

When you’re ready to play in the backyard, enjoy mountain views from the swimming pool, spa, and fire pit. When it's time, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower. Cook a fantastic meal in the well-equipped outdoor kitchen with grill, double side-burner, sink, drawers and cabinets. An outdoor dining table seats 8. NOTE: All doors that lead to the backyard and pool area have child alarms that can be used for groups with children.
WARM UP THE POOL: Pool and spa heating, if requested, is an additional $90 per day or $50 per day for spa only. We recommend it from November-April.
LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room has a washer and dryer, vacuum, and brooms if something spills. It also has an adjustable sitting/standing desk that can be used for folding laundry or getting a little work done. There's also an ironing board and iron.
