A fully equipped kitchen & spacious living room makes this the perfect place for families and groups to call their home away from home! You can be relaxing on Scarborough or Pine Point Beaches within minutes of arriving and to Portland or OOB in 15 minutes!
Welcome to your home away from home in Scarborough! The second unit of a 1750s historic farmhouse, this was a true labor of love down to the studs. This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was designed with your comfort and convenience in mind, offering modern, upscale amenities balanced with quintessential Maine coastal charm. Just minutes from stunning sandy beaches where your family can spend the days relaxing, this retreat is the perfect home base for exploring the beauty of southern Maine.
This home is one of two side by side units.
5 minutes from Scarborough Beach and Pine Point Beach and 15 minutes from Old Orchard Beach with its amusement park and boardwalk. Downtown Portland is also only 15 minutes away with its world renowned restaurants and shopping!

Guests have full access to the house with the exception of a locked storage closet. Please note this is a two unit home, so while the two units do not share any inside space, the backyard and parking areas are shared.

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.
Smoking is not permitted in the house or near any open exterior doors.
Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend's home and we will do our best to make you feel like you're a friend staying with us!
We have installed exterior-only security cameras for the safety of our guests and to protect the property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras, are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
There is a train track not far away, but we do provide noise machines and ear plugs for added comfort.
