This spacious two-story home is located in a popular and secure gated community close to the center of Atenas. It sits on a large property and is built against the hillside, offering a great views from all of the rooms of the house.
On the main floor you will find a lovely living room, where you can watch TV or just sit and relax. There is also a desk for guests that need to do some work during their stay. The primary bedroom is also on the main floor. It has an en-suite bathroom and from the bed you have the best view. Imagine waking up to that every morning.
The open concept indoor/outdoor living design provides a seamless transition between the chef's kitchen and outside terrace creating one large, beautiful space. You will enjoy having everyone together for an evening meal or sipping coffee and watching the birds in the morning. Quality time. You can relax on the lounge set, overlooking mango trees and enjoy the view or play a game at the kitchen table.
The lower level has 3 more bedrooms. Bedroom two and three have their own en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed, making it ideal for children. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Step outside into the garden with the sparkling pool. There is a sundeck with loungers if you want to catch some sun, but we also have a covered area with comfortable seating just next to the pool.

As an additional service to our house guests, they can arrange airport transfers to help you avoid the potential hassles you can experience in getting from and to the property on your travel days
They also arrange car rentals and a variety of quality tours. They can arrange for you to have your fridge stocked with your favorite groceries upon arrival, or have a home cooked meal ready for you on your arrival day. For special occasions they can have a local chef come to the house to prepare a gourmet dinner. What to think of a relaxing massage at the property, it can all be arranged. After booking they will reach out to you to provide all the information you need.
