Perfect for families with young kids, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry travel companions (dogs).
The space
Located on beautiful Mussey Grade Rd just west of Dye Rd and just east of Mt Woodson. Close to historic Julian for a day of eating apple pie and gold mining tours. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom is freshly painted inside and out, brand new recessed LED lighting throughout, state-of-the-art laundry room and much more. Smart home with automatic outdoor lights, thermostat, and TVs throughout including Disney+, Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Sling. Great outdoor space including furnished patio seating area, fire pit, propane barbecue, hammocks, a playground, and zip line. Entire property is gated.
