Our spacious, 4900 sq. ft. home on a quiet culdesac is just minutes away from Beaver Stadium, the PSU campus and downtown State College. Each of our four bedrooms has its own bathroom! Finished basement includes full bath and extra kitchen. Four flat screen tv's, dvd/blue ray players, shuffleboard, ping-pong table, Wi-Fi, gas grill, jacuzzi tub.
With a view of Beaver Stadium from the front yard, and a straight drive to downtown State College, you can't beat the location! Enjoy the massive deck and gaze at the stars while sitting in the hot tub! Perfect for large groups!
*House sleeps 8, but maximum occupancy is 12 as there are several couches and plenty of room for air matresses. A $50/night fee will be charged for any number of guests over 8.
