** New Beds & Bedding, New Furniture, New Jura Espresso Machine, Stainless Steel Frig, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave Convection Oven, Drip Coffee maker, Blender, Air-fryer, 4 Slice Toaster, Crock Pot, Can Opener, Wine glasses, Pots & Pans, Glasses, Dishes, Utensils, Bath Towels, Beach Towels, etc Bedrooms have New 4K HDTV’s with YouTube_TV, Prime Videos & High Speed WiFi, Fireplace, Central Air, Weber Grill, Smoker, Kayaks, Bikes, Fishing gear, etc...
** We have very stringent sanitation practices to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable environment. We sanitize our property twice, once after a guest departs property and a 2nd time within 4 hours of a new guest arrival, allowing the property to air out thoroughly with the aid of a HEPA Filtration system. Additionally, don't recycle linens for 30 days... We have purchased enough linens and pillows etc so that linens are only used once, during a 4 week rotation. This includes allergy rated protection for all pillows and mattress coverings.
** Prior guests or highly rated guests may make last minute reservation inquiries and and may inquire regarding Calendar Check-In Date Conflicts, for date flexibility.
** Weekend, Weekly, and Monthly temporary living needs can be met.

## Registered Guests have full complimentary access & use of all listed amenities, however, unregistered Day-Guests Do Not! We welcome Day-Guests, but please use 1 registered guest / per "Visiting Day-Guest" as a guide. Day-Guest Fees may apply to visitors utilizing listed amenities (Docking / Pier space, Parking, WiFi, Kayaks & Boats, Bikes, Towels, etc... ) Please inquire about additional fees prior to having Day-Guest visitors, and if you have any questions.
## Any boat dock usage, for any reason beyond primary guest 1 watercraft, will result in an additional Docking/Parking Fee charge. .
## Absolutely NO fireworks of any type at this property.
## Respect your neighbors - Sound Travels across Lakes... No Loud music or other noise past 11p.m.
## Extra parking fees may apply for more than 2 Vehicles, or additional watercraft without prior approval.
## Undeclared Guest FEE - $100 Maintenance Fee will be accessed to process VRBO recovery documentation, in addition to normal "Extra Guest" booking daily rate. This Fee will be accessed for billing maintenance, when additional undeclared guests stay at our property and were NOT declared as part of original billing for total number of guests.
## If you are interested in our property for Hosting an "Event", there are several local hotels that may be better suited & staffed to meet your needs.
## Absolutely No Large Gatherings, Parties or Events permitted without prior written contract or $1000.00 Minimal Surcharge will be assessed...
## You will be responsible for all damages & repairs to the rental property caused by you or your group during your stay.
