It’s the perfect time and place to relax, unwind and enjoy the lake and magnificent view! Let us show you how rejuvenating a vacation should be! Located in a private and peaceful area of the Little River Bay, this lakefront cottage is destined to create lasting memories with family or friends! You can experience long, sun-filled days on the lake, relaxing conversations around the firepit at night or enjoy the view and a meal from either covered deck. Lake view also from all three bedrooms!
~Upper Level~
*An open concept kitchen/dining/living room area allows everyone to eat, relax, or cook and enjoy conversation in the main area. The dining table comfortably seats 10 with an additional 3 bar chairs at the counter.
*The master bedroom boasts a top of the line King mattress with duvet and luxurious bed linens. A sitting area provides a place to read or just gaze out at the water. The room has a 40” Smart TV.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dish ware, cutlery and spices, 4 slice toaster, crock pot, microwave, air fryer, electric griddle, electric skillet and a pressure cooker. The Coffee/Wine bar area has a combo K cup/coffee pot as well as a Margaritaville margarita maker and barware.
Granite countertops throughout and lots of storage. The upper level is complete with San Marino hardwood flooring.
*The living area has a sectional complete with three recliners and a separate recliner and a side chair. The 60 in tv has a firestick attached for viewing Netflix, Sling TV, Amazon Prime as well as other apps.
*While we think the internet works great, it may not be the fastest when multiple devices are connected. Unfortunately, this is the best available for this area at this time.
*Bath has a shower enclosure with seat and the flooring is tile. Sink countertop is quartz with lots of storage below for your bath items. A vanity is also provided for your convenience.
*Deck is complete with propane gas grill, two ceiling fans and dimmable lighting as well as a table with 6 swivel chairs, a chaise lounge and two settees.
~Lower Level~
*Two queen bedrooms with top of the line pillow top mattresses and luxurious linens. One bedroom has patio door access to the lower deck and lake and the other has a picture perfect view of the lake as well. Plenty of closet space is provided and both are equipped with smart tvs.
*A 4 bunk room provides a private area with smart TV, dresser and closet.
*3 bunks are in a common area with a wet bar/microwave/Mr Coffee and a smart TV. Another full size fridge is behind the door in the storage area providing extra room for food/snacks and drinks.
*Bath has a tub/shower combo, granite sink and plenty of storage as well as plenty of bath linens for the group.
*Lower deck is furnished with a swing and four rockers to enjoy the lake view and unwind after playing hard on the lake.
*You will have easy access to your own covered dock that also has a jet ski port attached. The nearest boat and jet ski rentals will be at the Lake Barkley Marina (close by boat) or Prizer Point (close by car). Additional information is provided below. The nearest boat ramp is just around the bend before Mershon Bridge. Driving directions can be provided.
