Welcome to Smoky Mountain Lakeside Oasis: A private lakefront home, newly remodeled! Large backyard for creating unforgettable memories, - playing, relaxing, & eating while overlooking your own Private Dock & soaking in the surrounding summer & fall colors around the lakefront! BBQ grill on the porch, relax & enjoy the sunset from the covered hot tub overlooking the mountains and lake.

Pet Friendly: We know your furry friend is part of the family. We allow two dogs (no more than 30lbs each please). Please always keep your furry ones on a leash when outside!
Our home is ideally located far enough to be away from the crowds but near 40 and Exit 407 or 412 -Sevierville, leaving a short drive to all the attractions of the Smokys (Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountain National Park, Sevierville, & Pigeon Forge). With all the amenities available, you may not want to leave!

☀Is this property handicap accessible?
➜ This property is not ADA compliant. There are 2 steps required to enter the property. However, the home is all one level with all bedrooms and bathroom on one level. There is a small flat stone path from the parking area to the front door.
☀ Do you need to bring your own linens?
➜ No, no and absolutely not! We will provide sheets, towels, washcloths, etc so that you can fill your bags with more exciting things!
☀ What other amenities do you provide?
➜ We provide start up amounts of soap, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. We also provide 2 trash bags each for the kitchen & bathrooms. Additionally, we provide a starter set of the following items that you might want to bring or purchase extra, depending on your length of stay: Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, & laundry pods.
➜ For coffee lovers: the home has a pod type coffee maker and we provide a start up amount of coffee and creamer - If you love coffee like we do you will want to bring or buy more for your stay!
☀ Where can I rent a boat?
Several locations to rent paddleboards and other various boats and jet skis are nearby. Our recommendation for Pontoon Rentals is Lakeside RV Resort and Marina (formerly Mountain Cove Marina). About a 12 minute drive from the home.
☀ Can I dock my boat at the house?
If you would like to bring your own boat, we have a boat ramp, and you can be secure to our private dock for the entirety of your stay.
☀ Is there good fishing nearby?
Yes! Douglas lake has almost 600 miles of shoreline and is rated one of the best bass fishing lakes in the Country.
Important Notes:
The dock is new this summer and just steps away from the house!
Douglas Lake does lower in the Winter months, it varies due to precipitation and according to the TVA controls. Water typically begins filling in March. However this is TVA controlled and we cannot make promises on water levels.
There is lots of wildlife in our area - Bald Eagles, black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, fox, and more! You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view.
We hope you love our Oasis Lake home like we do and enjoy Douglas Lake and the Great Smoky Mountains!
SMOKING: No smoking inside. This includes vaping. Please only smoke outside and be sure doors and windows are closed if you are outside smoking. Please be sure to dispose of your ash and butts properly (do not throw on the ground or porch please). If smoking occurs inside there is a $300 non refundable fee.
PETS: There is a 2 pet maximum with a 30lb limit for each dog. We do charge per dog and please be sure to let us know about your pets (there may be a $250.00 extra fee if you arrive with pets we do not know about)
