Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath house in central Boulder, Colorado!
Located just a short 1-mile walk away from the bustling downtown area and 45 minutes from Eldora ski resort, our house is the perfect home base for your mountain getaway. Whether you're here to hike the beautiful trails, sample the local craft beer, or simply relax and take in the stunning views, our house has everything you need to make the most of your trip.
The house itself is a spacious 3,600+ square feet, with plenty of room for you and your group to spread out and relax. The open floor plan and large windows allow for plenty of natural light, and the fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere on those chilly Colorado evenings.
The fully-equipped, chef's kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, and the dining area is perfect for group meals. Work remotely using one of the three office spaces, one of which is in a separate building overlooking the backyard garden. And, when it's time to turn in for the night, each of the four bedrooms has a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone.
A real highlight of our house is the outdoor space. The upstairs deck overlooks the beautiful foothills of the Rocky Mountains, and is a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee. The back patio overlooks a beautiful backyard garden, and is the perfect place for an evening barbecue. And when you're ready to explore, the house is just a short walk from all the best that Boulder has to offer - from the shops and restaurants of Pearl Street to the gorgeous hiking trails in the nearby foothills.
