This bright and inviting home has 3 bedrooms, plus an open loft and a spacious den; with 2 full and 1 half bathrooms, this home can comfortably sleep a maximum of 10 people.
The well-equipped kitchen has ample space to cook, with all the dishware and cookware essentials, and on the serene balcony, you will find a BBQ for use. There is a large kitchen peninsula with stools for two, opening to the dining table that can seat 6, and the living space that can seat 4-5 in its open-concept main floor design.
The elegant main floor living space has a flatscreen TV, a sound/entertainment system, and a 2 story stone-crafted fireplace. In the spacious den, there is a queen murphy bed to sleep 2, there is additional seating for 5, and a TV with an entertainment system including a gaming console, board games, and movies. The den gives access to the beautiful walk-out patio where you are able to relax and enjoy a private 5-person hot tub and take in the exceptional views around you.

From the Morrisey Express Chairlift, you can take Home Run, Static Cling or In Taters until you reach the run called Fairways Ski-Back. Take the Fairways Ski-Back all the way to the end and you will be on your street, pop your skis off, cross the road and you will be at your vacation home. Alternatively, you can take Tumble Dry all the way to the end and be on your street and only a few houses away from your vacation home.
Ski-out:
There is a complimentary Sun Peaks resort shuttle stop close to the house, you can take the shuttle to the Village Day Lodge and be right at the base of the mountain where you will find the Sunburst and Sundance Chairlifts providing you access to reach all ski areas.
