Located directly on the shores of Muscongus Bay at the end of a private road, overlooking Louds Island, this home a true vacation dream.
Enjoy water views from almost every room. You and your family can enjoy marshmallows by the fire overlooking the bay, use the dock for launching kayaks to explore or the float to enjoy a dip.
Take in the coastal air on the front porch overlooking Muscongus Bay with seating and views of the sunrise over Louds Island while you sip your morning coffee. Start each day on a tasty note with a warm cup of coffee on the furnished deck as you look out to calm waters. In the afternoon fire up the grill and host a cookout in the warm summer breeze. The slope down to our dock is fairly steep so please be sure to take caution. Also be sure to pack your water shoes to easily launch the kayaks from the rocky shore.
