Guests have full and private use of the entire house and property. It is a freestanding house, only one house on the property. There are 2 spots in the driveway in front of the gate, Tesla EV charger. Please note there is no street parking in this area (only 2 hours street parking allowed during the weekdays only) unless using a parking pass, 1 parking pass provided.

The gardener typically comes on Tuesdays (please note schedule may change based on weather, etc.). He also comes to bring trash cans out and in on Tuesday/Wednesday.
Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance.
Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup.
