Summary: We skied one day and stayed in the next while waiting out a blizzard. This was the perfect place for it. The kitchen has everything including condiments etc. and we used it well. The living room was great for watching movies, and the wood stove was a bonus. We had four teenagers in the basement (one in bedroom, one in sleeping bag on couch, two on blow-up mattresses that we brought), and they enjoyed the darts & billiards. We all LOVED the hot tub, which is spacious, clean, and perfectly situated on the porch so we could sit there all warm & relaxed and watch the snow blowing around us while our hair froze. We even used the grill. I would totally stay here again. In the winter I recommend all-wheel drive, since the driveway can be a bit dicey in the snow and ice, but we were fine.
