Open concept living and kitchen area, 3 good size bedrooms with closets, 1 full bath are all on the main floor. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Water source is Lake drawn water with water heater. Cobbossee Lake AKA Cobbosseecontee is comprised of 62 miles of coastline and numerous islands where you can find world class bass, and other cold and warm water fish. Belle Island, Picnic Rock and Big Hogdon Island are just a few that you can see from the cottage's shoreline.
